As a young boy I learnt the art of forging from my grandfather. Also I was fascinated to build some thing in metal with a 3dimensional look at a very early age. This resulted in me completing a technical apprenticeship and later, during my time in Asia, I discovered the 3D craft technique.
The monks in the Asian monasteries were experts in this technique and I also wanted to learn this craft.
